Lord’s Cricket Ground once again hosted the annual Christmas Lunch on Thursday 07 December for the much-anticipated Long Room Christmas Lunch. Hosted by Graham Gooch, this year’s event was powered by Seat Unique and sponsored by MHA.
The event also welcomed former cricket and broadcaster, Jonathan Agnew as the guest speaker, creating an unforgettable afternoon of cricketing stories and festive celebrations.
The Long Room, steeped in history and tradition, served as the perfect setting for this special occasion with guests having the opportunity to take a tour of the Home of Cricket.
The highlight of the afternoon was looking back on the illustrious career of Jonathan Agnew, who joined Graham Gooch to share stories from his playing and broadcasting experiences.
Our Club events raise money for the Essex Cricket Foundation and the Long Room Lunch was an opportunity to hear from Foundation Chair, Myles Churchill who shared information on the projects supported by the charity this year.
