Tickets are now available for a summer of men’s and women’s cricket at The Cloud County Ground in 2024.
The season kicks off on Friday 05 April with the Essex Men’s First Team facing Trent Bridge in the County Championship.
The women’s cricket season starts at Chelmsford on Saturday 29 April, as Sunrisers travel play their first home fixture against The Blaze in the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy, a domestic 50-over competition. We’re proud to host three Essex Women’s fixtures at The Cloud County Ground in 2024, furthering our support for the growth of women’s cricket in the region.

Essex Men’s
Essex returns for the Vitality Blast in May after reaching the final last season. Supporters can now purchase tickets for the 7 home games, but availability is limited for some Friday night fixtures, and we anticipate them to sell out quickly.

Essex Women
This season offers another chance to support Essex Women at Chelmsford with three fixtures scheduled. The flagship match is the Battle of the Bridge T20 clash against Kent on Wednesday 07 August, along with two games in the 50-over Women’s London Championship against Kent and Sussex.
Essex Women’s matches are included in Membership, and general public tickets are only £5 for Adults and free for Juniors (U18s).

Middlesex Vitality Blast Fixtures
The Cloud County Ground will host two Middlesex home matches in 2024 following a venue agreement for this season. Middlesex’s opening Vitality Blast match will be at Chelmsford on Friday 31 May against Kent Spitfires, followed by the visit of Gloucestershire on Thursday 18 July for their final ‘home’ T20 match of the group stage.
Essex Members can purchase discounted £20 tickets for these two fixtures, while early bird tickets are priced at £25 for Adults and £10 for Juniors.

Sunrisers
The Sunrisers return to The Cloud County Ground with five games from April to August in the Charlotte Edwards Cup (T20) and Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy (50-over) competitions.
Tickets are priced at £10 for Adults and Young Adults and £5 for Juniors.

England U19s
In addition to England Women playing at The Cloud County Ground this year, the Young Lions will return for a 50-over match against India on Friday 28 June.
Entry is free for Members, £5 for Adults, and free for Juniors.
