Essex Cricket is pleased to announce a 2-year partnership with Achilleus Security, appointing them as the Club’s official security partner starting from the 2025 season.
The London-based family-run security provider specialise in stewarding and crowd management services and security guarding, offering responsible, trained and diligent security to ensure that spectators feel safe and secure at the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground.
Achilleus Security supply an array of security and stewarding services, including Security Industry Authority (SIA) licensed security guards and door supervisors, NVQ-standard safety stewards, as well as event planning and licensing advice.
They also offer other resources such as search teams, dog & K9 units, CCTV operators and drone services.
Achilleus is an experienced supplier to a wide range of organisations ranging from Premier League and Championship football clubs, sports stadiums, train stations, charities, construction companies, entertainment venues, music concerts and festivals.

The River Stand, located at the Sir Alastair Cook End, will now formally be known as the Achilleus Security River Stand.
