The Principle Partnership between Essex Cricket and D&B Scaffolding, which included front-of-shirt sponsorship for the Club’s County Championship shirt, has come to an end.
The local scaffolding company, based in Chelmsford, with additional operations in Cambridgeshire and St Ives, served as a Principal Partner of Essex Cricket and celebrated a 10-year affiliation with the Club last year.
D&B Scaffolding’s association with Essex coincided with one of the most successful periods in the Club’s history, with Essex claiming the Division Two trophy in 2016, the Division One title in 2017 and 2019, and the Bob Willis Trophy in 2020 – all while wearing the D&B-sponsored County Championship shirts.
We would like to thank D&B Scaffolding for their unwavering support since becoming a partner in 2016. The Club will announce its plans for a successor front-of-shirt sponsor for the County Championship shirt in due course.
Dan Feist, Essex Cricket’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “We are extremely grateful to D&B Scaffolding for their long-standing support of Essex Cricket over the past decade.
“Their commitment has been an important part of our journey and success, highlighted by the multiple red-ball trophies we claimed between 2016 and 2020.
“We thank them sincerely for everything they have contributed to the Club.”
