A new short film 'A Poem for Chelmsford' from Chelmsford City Council which celebrates the city has been released.
Chelmsford City Council have launched a new, short video celebrating the city of Chelmsford. Created in collaboration with the district's communities, the video highlights the city, the people and places that make it an incredible place to live, work and visit.
