Essex County Cricket Club hereby give notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on Monday 20 July 2026 at 7pm. The meeting will be held in the Doug Insole Pavilion at the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground, Chelmsford and is an in-person meeting for Club Members only.
The Agenda and Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for the Club covering the reporting period to 31 December 2025 will be made available online at www.essexcricket.org.uk/governance prior to the meeting.
Members will not need to register to attend the AGM, but will need to show their Membership card to gain access to the meeting.
This year, there is a requirement for a member vote to elect new candidates to join the Board and Members’ Committee prior to the AGM. This vote will take place online only with details circulated to Members with voting rights. Members will receive this information on Wednesday 08 July. Provision will be made for eligible voting Members who do not have an e-mail address to receive instructions on how to vote online via post. We will not be issuing postal ballots.
