Essex Cricket are delighted to welcome four West End vocalists to the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground, led by the supremely talented Ross Hunter.
Ross has performed all over the world, including several hit West End shows, touring productions, concerts, and a wide selection of cruise lines. Theatre credits include the role of ‘Galileo’ in the Olivier award winning We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre in London. He has played rock star ‘Drew’ in Rock of Ages and ‘Roger Davis’ in Jonathon Larson’s hit show RENT.
Gates will open at 6pm.
General Admission tickets will also be available to purchase on the gate from 6pm.
Ticket holders can enter the ground via:
Main Gate – located on New Writtle Street.
River Gate – accessible via Sky Blue Pastures. This is the closest entrance to Chelmsford City Centre, the bus station and the train station.
The 1876 Gate will be closed.
Spectators are advised to arrive early to allow plenty of time to enter the ground and enjoy our 80s Pre-Show Party, which begins at 6:30pm.
Bag checks will be in operation on entry to the ground.
Ticket holders are welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks into the Ground.

Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted.
Picnic blankets are welcome.
Chairs are not permitted
Re-admittance is not permitted.
Ticket holders will have access to the Pitch Standing area and Unallocated Seating within the Woodland Group Stand, available on a first come, first served basis.

Ticket holders will have exclusive access to the Doug Insole Pavilion, including exclusive access to the Pavilion Bar and toilets, with unallocated seating on the Pavilion Benches and the Pitch Standing area. Food & Drink will be available to purchase from the Pavilion Bar.
Ticket holders will need to collect their Pavilion Wristband from The Wristband Collection point which will be situated behind the Woodland Group Stand at the Ticket Office.
Ticket holders will have exclusive access to the Scrutton Bland Premier Suite, Balcony Seating and the Pitch Standing area, plus private bar and toilets.
Ticket holders will need to collect their Premier Suite wristbands and food & drink voucher from The Wristband Collection point which will be situated behind the Woodland Group Stand at the Ticket Office. Food will be served from 6pm - 7pm.

Accessible Parking
There is limited accessible car parking spaces are located at the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that these cannot be pre-booked before visiting to provide an equal opportunity for all attendees.
Accessible Facilities
The accessible toilets are located at the rear of the Doug Insole Pavilion. You’ll find the Changing Places Room located in front of the Price Forbes Graham Gooch Cricket Centre. Please ask your nearest steward if you need assistance using this facility.

Chelmsford Bus Station is situated on Duke Street, next to Chelmsford Train Station, with connections to all over the county. Alternatively, bus numbers 13, 46 and C1 shuttles, stop on New London Road, which is approximately a two-minute walk to the Ground, via New Writtle Street.
Chelmsford Railway Station, managed by Greater Anglia, is a 10-minute stroll from the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground. Direct train services depart regularly from Chelmsford to London, Stratford, Shenfield, Romford, Colchester, Ipswich and Norwich. Chelmsford is situated on the Liverpool Street to Norwich mainline. Overnight parking at the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground is available to be purchased in advance for £10. Pay-on-the-day parking is not available.
