
Rosanna 'Rosie' Grace Lowles, born in Salisbury Wiltshire, is Essex Women's Senior Strength & Conditioning Coach after joining the Club in February 2025 ahead of Essex Women's first season as a professional outfit.
Lowles graduated from Coventry University with a degree in Sports and Exercise before pursuing a Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning at Loughborough University.
In her previous role, before joining Essex Cricket, Lowles was the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Middlesex Cricket and spent two years as a Sports Assistant at Bradfield College.
As part of the Club’s medical team, Rosie works closely with Head of Sports Science & Medical Services, Harry McQueen, Women's Lead Physiotherapist, Issy Betts and Men's Lead Physiotherapist, Bertie Linnell.
