Calling all Members, supporters, and collectors! Don’t miss this rare chance to own historic items from the Club’s past - including signed merchandise, original scoreboard signs, 150th Anniversary garments, and much more. These exclusive items will be available on Saturday, 28 March, Day 2 of the pre-season friendly against Yorkshire at the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground.
The Essex Cricket Store will be set up in the Doug Insole Pavilion from 9am, ready to welcome anyone with a passion for club history. On display and available for purchase will be a unique collection of memorabilia spanning many years, offering a rare opportunity to own a genuine piece of the Club’s history.
Items include signed bats, framed photographs, past yearbooks, vintage magazines, mystery shirts, and signed player shirts. Each piece carries its own story, making this a truly special opportunity - whether you’re a lifelong supporter, a memorabilia enthusiast, or simply looking for a distinctive keepsake.
One of the highlights of the sale will be the original scoreboard signs. These iconic items hold historical value and authenticity that cannot be replaced and will be priced accordingly.
Prices for memorabilia will start from just a few pounds and extend up to a few hundred pounds for rare and premium collectibles, ensuring there’s something for every interest and budget.
Entry to the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground is free for both days of the pre-season friendly against Yorkshire on Friday, 27 March, and Saturday, 28 March. We look forward to welcoming you back for a new season!
