
Essex Cricket are pleased to announce that Essex Women’s batter Florence Miller has signed a contract extension with the Club.
Miller, 22, has agreed terms to a new two-year contract which will keep her at Essex until the end of the 2028 season.
On signing her new deal, Flo Miller, said: "I am so grateful to extend my contract with Essex.
"We have a great group of staff and players at the Club, and I’m really enjoying my time here, so I’m looking forward to what we can achieve together over the next couple of years."
The right-handed batter has featured in 24 competitive and friendly matches for Essex Women since the start of the 2025 season, scoring more than 500 runs at an average of 29.
In 2026, Flo has featured in all eight of Essex Women’s Metro Bank One Day Cup fixtures, scoring more than 200 runs at an impressive average of 53.50. Her highest score so far is an unbeaten 74 against Surrey Women at the Kia Oval. Miller's other half-century this season came against Somerset Women, when she scored an unbeaten 54 in Essex Women’s first win of the campaign.
