One Day Cup Spectator Guide

Essex Women v Durham Women

The Metro Bank One Day Cup is a 50-over competition. The competition begins with league-stage matches before going onto knockouts for the top teams and then finals in September.

Essex Women play in the One Day Cup throughout the season. They compete in Teir 1, meaning they face some of the strongest county teams, including last year's winners, Lancashire.

The Men's team were selected to play in Group B this year. They'll face last year's champions Worcestershire. The Men's competition starts after the conclusion of the Vitality Blast in August.
