Essex Cricket is delighted to confirm that the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground will host England Women again in 2027.
The ECB have today confirmed that England Women will take on Bangladesh on Friday 24 September 2027 in a Metro Bank One Day International. The 50-over match is currently scheduled to start at 12:30pm.
The game will conclude England Women’s summer of cricket with the culmination of the 3-match one-day series taking place in Chelmsford.
Dan Feist, CEO of Essex Cricket said: "It is a fixture we look forward to hosting every year and is a highlight of our calendar.
“International matches in Chelmsford are always incredibly well supported and hosting the match will be a fantastic way to conclude the 2027 season.
"We look forward to welcoming both teams to the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground next year."
Tickets for the series are due to go on sale later in the summer, with a public ballot scheduled to open in August.
