

Born in Chester, Cheshire, Kate Louise Coppack grew up north-east Wales and attended the King’s School in Chester where she became the first female to represent their first team.
The right-arm seam bowler played for Chester between 2009 and 2018 before moving to Middlesex in 2021 and then eventually the Sunrisers in the former women’s model. Incredibly, Kate has featured six times for Peru at the South American Women’s Cricket Championship in 2018.
In 2024, she was awarded the Player of the Match award when the Sunrisers won the Rachael Hayhoe Flint Trophy final and throughout recent seasons has featured in the women's Hundred competition.
In the 2025 season, Coppack made 29 appearances for Essex Women where she took 20 wickets with best figures of 2-16 in victory away at Durham.
