Born in Bournemouth, Dorset, Robbie Bryan Donald Gunn is a Support Coach & 2nd XI Lead for the Essex Women's team, working under Head Coach Stephen Parry and Assistant Coach & Batting Lead Nick Browne.
Gunn's role includes supporting development, training and matchday preparation for the Essex Women's team.
Previously, Gunn worked in coaching roles with Kent and Cambridgeshire as well as the Sunrisers in the former women's domestic structure before joining Essex Cricket in November 2024 ahead of the Tier 1 remodel.
At Essex, Robbie's remit is to provide technical and tactical support across training sessions and match environments, assisting with various aspects of player preparation and execution.
