Born in Bournemouth, Dorset, Robbie Bryan Donald Gunn is a Support Coach for the Essex Women's team, working under the Head Coach and Performance Director Danni Warren.
Gunn's role includes supporting development, training and matchday preparation for the Essex Women's team.
Previously, Gunn worked in coaching roles with Kent and Cambridgeshire as well as the Sunrisers in the former women's domestic structure before joining Essex Cricket in November 2024 ahead of the Tier 1 remodel.
At Essex, Robbie's remit is to provide technical and tactical support across training sessions and match environments, assisting with various aspects of player preparation and execution.
