Thank you for purchasing tickets to the Despicable Me 2 Open Air Cinema on Saturday 6 August 2016 at Essex Cricket.

Gates will open at 1pm, so arrive early for the perfect spot. The film will begin at 2pm, with a short interval half way though. The expected end time is approximately 4pm and the venue will close at 5pm.

We have car parking on site which will be open on a first come first served basis at the cost of £3 per car.

The film Despicable Me 2 is a ‘PG’ certificate for public viewing. Essex Cricket recommends all children under 16 years old be accompanied by an adult.

We have car parking on site which will be open on a first come first served basis at the cost of £3 per car.

The film Dirty Dancing is a ‘PG-13’ certificate for public viewing. Essex Cricket requires all children under 13 years old be accompanied by an adult and recommends all children under 16 years old to be accompanied by an adult.

General Ts & Cs

You are more than welcome to bring your own picnic and drinks. Please note, a per person alcohol restriction is applicable; four cans of an alcoholic beverage or one bottle of wine and strictly no glassware permitted, so please bring any alcohol in cans or plastic bottles. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person and may conduct security searches upon arrival to ensure the safety of others.

We also ask for you to help us protect our playing area by bringing blankets only to sit on, gazebos or chairs are not permitted. There is a viewing area for those with accessibility needs in The Pavilion Marquee, please ask for more information.

The club accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to property or injury to persons whilst on the premises including the car park.

Catering and licensed bar facilities will be available on-site throughout the event. We operate a no smoking policy entire stadium except designated smoking areas to include e-cigarettes.

Worried about the weather? The show must go on come rain or shine! Cancellation of the event will only happen if inclement weather conditions make it unsafe for the event to take place. In the case of a cancellation or if you are unable to attend, please note, that all tickets are non-refunded.
