No. The Scrutton Bland Premier Suite is not suitable for wheelchair users as it has not got the disabled access. If you or any of your guests have some mobility issues, we recommend purchasing your hospitality in the Woodland Group Pavilion Marquee, Woodland Group Premier Marquee or Executive Boxes.
Most tickets will be distributed digitally. If we have received full payment for your booking, your hospitality tickets will be emailed to you in due course. If we are yet to receive your payment, please action this immediately as tickets cannot be issued until full payment has been received.
Please note that the client purchasing the hospitality package is responsible for distributing tickets to their guests. Upon receipt of your tickets, you may find it useful to use the FREE software PDFSAM Basic to split your tickets. To download the program, please use the link: Download the free and open source PDFsam Basic - PDFsam.

If you are experiencing any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing [email protected] with your tickets attached. We will help you to split them in any way convenient to you.
If a hospitality ticket has been stolen, lost, or temporarily mislaid, a duplicate ticket can be issued as a replacement at no cost. We will be able to help only upon email request made by the customer who purchased hospitality. Simply email us on [email protected].

It is vital that you inform us about this as soon as possible prior to your hospitality, as no person will be admitted to the ground or the hospitality facility without a valid ticket. No liability is accepted by Essex Cricket if a guest is denied entry to the hospitality facility or any other part of The Cloud County Ground as a result of customer’s or guest’s failure to comply with this agreement.
We do apologise if due to some technical issues you do not receive the correct number of tickets you purchased or the information on the tickets is incorrect. Please contact our Hospitality Team as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] with your tickets attached. We will help you by issuing the correct number of valid tickets.
Absolutely! At Essex Cricket we take pride in supporting our young fans. All hospitality areas are intended for the use by all ages and all guests using the facilities are expected to act accordingly. As Essex Cricket operates a challenge 25 policy, all juniors will be given an Essex Eagles Hospitality wristband upon the entry and will be required to wear it in hospitality areas. Anyone who is unable to provide ID (passport/driver’s license) will be allocated a junior wristband. Please note that juniors (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult at all times in all hospitality areas. Unless a family package is available, please note that any children attending will be charged at the full price of the package.
Yes. If any of your guests has any special dietary requirements, please notify us at least a week prior to the event by emailing [email protected] or calling our Hospitality Team on 01245 254120. Please note we may not be able to accommodate any special dietary requests on the day of the event.

Unfortunately, due to the limited car parking spaces and increasing demand, we are unable to offer parking at the ground during match days. To find the closest car park, please refer to the Chelmsford City Council website: Car parks (chelmsford.gov.uk)

If you are a Blue Badge holder, please note that we have a limited number of accessible parking bays that are allocated on a first come, first serve basis and we are unable to reserve them in advance.
A strict smart casual dress code applies in the Scrutton Bland Premier Suite for all attendees. Tailored shorts, smart trainers and polo shirts are acceptable. Jackets are optional. Jeans, t-shirts, sportswear and flip flops are not permitted.

The dress code in the Woodland Group Pavilion Marquee, Woodland Group Premier Marquee and Executive Boxes is more relaxed, with regular jeans and T-shirts acceptable in these areas. However ripped jeans, sportswear and flip flops are not permitted.

Failure to comply with the dress code will result in non-admittance to our Corporate Facilities. To avoid any disappointment please ensure that all your guests are aware of the dress code in advance.

If for any health-related reasons you or your guests are unable to adhere to the dress code, please let us know as soon as possible in advance of your hospitality by emailing [email protected] or calling our Hospitality Team on 01245 254 022.
All drinks can be purchased by credit/debit card at the time of order in all hospitality areas. To set up an account bar on the day, we use the CardSafe system and all drinks must be paid for on your departure.
Essex Cricket is a cashless venue; therefore, we only accept contactless payment onsite. We will not accept cash.
If you or any of your guests are going to be late on the day of your hospitality, please inform us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] or calling our Hospitality Team on 01245 254120. If you experience any delay with getting to the ground on time on a match day, we may not be able to respond to the emails, so please call the Membership & Ticketing Office on 01245 254010.
As the match days are very busy for the Hospitality Team, we may not be able to cover the emails and/or phone lines at all times. If your query is urgent and refers to your hospitality on the same day, please contact Lauren Byford on 01245 254 022 or alternatively contact Membership & Ticketing Office on 01245 254010.
