This year, there are only two changes to our ground. The 1876 gate was recently opened to allow for easier access to and from Chelmsford Station and Central Park to the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground. The Woodland Group Pavilion Marquee is now the The Woodland Group Players Lounge Marquee.

As much as we would love to have sun and blue skies for every match in Chelmsford, unfortunately we cannot control the weather! If there is minimal rain, the umpires and grounds staff will attempt to complete the match. If significant rain occurs, please refer to the information on your ticket.
On a double header match, yes you can leave the ground and come back for the second match. You will be allowed to re-enter the match up to one hour before the second game commences.
To ensure a smooth entry to the ground, please ensure that you have the correct tickets and if you have the Essex TIXNGO app that they are downloaded and ready to show the stewards. If you have physical tickets, please have them out and ready to be scanned.
For Men's stand alone and Double header matches, we advise to come through the Main Gate. For Women's standalone matches, your tickets will be able to be collected from the entrance desk located near reception.
No animals are permitted in the ground other than assistance dogs.
Accessible Area tickets can be purchased by calling the ticket office on 01245 254010 (Mon-Fri: 10am-4pm)
