Refund Policy | Essex Eagles v Gloucestershire – Saturday 29 July

 

Refunds & Exchanges will be available from Monday 31 July.

As a result of the abandoned game at The Cloudfm County Ground on Saturday 29 July 2017, spectators who purchased tickets for the game will be entitled to a refund.

The following procedures have now been put in place for those who wish to make a claim;

Refund to card:
A refund will be available, minus a £2 per application administrative fee, for any used ticket (ie if a transaction was for x1 ticket or for x20 tickets it would still incur the max £2 fee) to be processed on to a Visa/Visa Debit/Mastercard.

Season tickets will be refunded at the pro-rata value.

Refund to ‘On Account Balance’:
The full ticket amount will be held against your ‘On Account Balance’ and can be used for future purchase of Membership and/or tickets over the next two years.

Exchange:
An exchange to another Essex Home game, of any format, in either 2017 or 2018 subject to availability.

This applies to ALL tickets whether Members or Public, Allocated or Unallocated.

The above is only applicable on return of the used match ticket with accompanying cover note detailing if a refund is requested (either to card or On Account Balance) or if the ticket should be exchanged to a future game.

If your request a refund to your card please supply card number, expiry date and security code.

To claim a refund or exchange the match ticket(s) and a cover note/email must be returned within 28 days of the date above.

Refunds can only be made to credit/debit card when card details have been supplied.
