Derek Bowden’s time at the Club came to end last week after making the decision to stand down as Chief Executive of Essex Cricket following 8 years in the role.
He leaves the Club on the crest of a wave after winning 5 trophies in 5 seasons and took the time to reflect back on his tenure, as well as give an insight to progress made since he joined on the eve of the 2013 campaign.
