Essex Cricket and Colchester United partner for Chance To Shine

Essex Cricket in the Community and Colchester United Community Foundation have partnered to host a series of weekly Chance To Shine street cricket sessions at Colchester Academy.

The session on Friday 10 November was attended by Essex bowler Ben Allison and United goalkeeper Sam Hornby, who reflected on the positive impact offered by the programme.

They also took part in football and cricket challenges against one another.

Watch how the session unfolded, and hear from Ben, Sam, and youth activator from ECiC, Ian Gray.
