Essex Women Academy Intake for 2026

Essex Cricket can confirm the Academy intake list for the Essex Women ahead of the 2026 season.

The Women’s Academy cohort represents the second intake under a fully professional Essex squad, after the inaugural year as a professional outfit.

Grace Melhuish, Essex Women’s Head of Talent Development said: “We are extremely proud to unveil this year’s Women’s Academy squad.

“These players have shown exceptional potential and a dedication to their development that reflects the values of our programme.
