Our walking cricket teams are looking for new players to join them.
Want to play a slower-paced version of cricket? Essex Cricket in the Community have the thing for you! Walking cricket is an adapted, low impact game and a great way to keep fit, meet new people and socialise.
We run three sessions a week across Essex and East London. There are also competitive options for players including intra-county matches and competitions against the MCC and other counties. Earlier this year, our combined team won silverware at Lord's, read more about it here.
Tuesdays 10:30-12:00 at Leyton Cricket Hub, E10 6RJ
Wednesdays 13:00-14:30 at Colchester Sports Park, CO4 5YX
Fridays 12:00-13:45 at the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground, CM2 0PG
The Chelmsford hub often have social evenings which include darts, pool and food & drink.
