Essex Cricket currently has 19 dedicated projects delivering tailor made programmes through a dynamic network of recreational clubmark cricket clubs, reaching over 215 junior schools.

Providing qualified UKCC LV2 coaches to develop player pathways from junior schools through to cricket clubs. The free coaching sessions are based around up-skilling teaching staff to embed core cross curriculum provision throughout the school. The reestablishment of competitive schools cricket through level 1, 2 & 3 competitions will engage, motivate and inspire the young people.
