All-rounder Coppack was born in Cheshire and grew up in Hawarden in north-east Wales, attending the King’s School in Chester, where she became the first woman to represent the first team.

She played for Cheshire between 2009 and 2018 before moving to Middlesex, and in 2021 joined Sunrisers under the old regional model of women’s domestic cricket, where she would stay until 2024.

In all, she played 51 matches across both List A and T20 cricket for Sunrisers, claiming 46 wickets at a combined average of 29.07.

She was crowned as the Player of the Match in the 2024 Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy final, collecting figures of 4/27 as Sunrisers edged an enthralling contest by 27 runs to lift the trophy for the first time.

Away from the domestic scene, Coppack also has a remarkable six appearances for Peru under her belt, turning out as a guest player in the 2018 South American Women’s Cricket Championship.
