Corporate Car Parking Terms and Conditions

Confirming your booking:

To confirm your corporate parking space(s), we would require the online booking form to be completed within 7 days of receiving the link. If the form is not completed within the given time frame, the provisional booking will automatically be released. Upon receiving the mandatory booking form, a starter pack and invoice will be emailed across to contact provided.

Car Park/Registration Numbers:

Our car park is managed via vehicle number plate recognition cameras and we would therefore require the vehicle registration number(s) in advance of the parking. If you have any changes regarding the vehicle(s) registrations provided on your booking form, these will need to be notified to us by email. The car park is also operated on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.


No parking can be facilitated on home matches for Vitality Blast, County championship, Royal London Cup, International/Tourist and The Hundred. Alternative parking may be available in Meteor Way for home fixture dates. Spaces will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

Invoice/ Payment Terms:

All invoices will be issued to the contact information provided on your booking form, using the payment plan selected. All non-refundable payments are required on receipt of invoice. If you have any amendments to your invoicing address/ contact information, these will need to be notified by email.

Cancellation Terms:

By completing the online booking form and agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to a fixed 1-year contract with Essex County Cricket Club.

Essex County Cricket Club has the right to cancel your contract at any time during in the agreed period.

In the event of where Essex Cricket is not able to accommodate the parking within the periods of the date range book (excluding all pre booked fixtures and events the client was provided prior to the booking) Essex Cricket shall calculate and offer the Client a refund where applicable.
