Safety Steward
Essex Cricket are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to support the safe and successful delivery of matchdays at the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground, Chelmsford. This role is central to ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of everyone attending the home of Essex Cricket.
While we will support you with the training and knowledge needed to succeed, it is your passion for people, your commitment to high standards, and your enthusiasm for great service that will be pivotal to succeeding. The role will be integral to creating a safe and welcoming environment, helping to deliver consistently enjoyable and memorable experiences for our Members, supporters and all visitors to the Ambassador Cruise Line Ground on matchday.
A key part of your role will be providing visible, proactive safety and security. This includes checking tickets, operating entrance points, assisting with queries, and ensuring that every visitor receives outstanding service.
Teamwork is essential to this role and you will work closely with your stewarding colleagues and be part of a wider team across the Club.
