It was a memorable day for overseas star, Neil Wagner as he enjoyed a very good day’s work in an Essex shirt on Day Two against Somerset.
After a difficult morning for the batsmen, it was the bowling attack who had to try and mount the pressure on the home side in the second innings. Upstep Wagner who took 6-48 off 12.2 overs to give Essex a glimmer of hope and set up a run chase on the final day at Taunton.
