Dan Lawrence has been named in the the England XI for the second Test against Sri Lanka, starting on Friday in Galle.
The Leytonstone-born batsman impressed on debut, scoring 73 and 21* and earned high praise from for Essex Head Coach Chris Silverwood and England Captain Joe Root.
England have made one change for the second Test, with James Anderson replacing Stuart Broad, who is rested.
