We continue to celebrate our brilliant volunteers as part of our ‘Community Cricket Champions’ awards.
For June it was the turn of those volunteers who have gone above and beyond to support and develop the Women & Girls’ game across the county.
We are delighted to announce that recognised as our Community Cricket Champions for June are:
Angela Green – Upminster CC
Jill Bruce – Chappel & Wakes Colne CC
Steve Dickson – Galleywood CC
Mark Hardie – Hadleigh & Thundersley CC
Louise Youngman – Witham CC
Once again, Our Community Cricket Champions will receive a Voucher to be used at the Essex Shop and a Ticket Voucher for an up and coming County Championship or One-Day Cup at Chelmsford.
As well as their monthly prizes, all the recognised Community Cricket Champions will be entered into a draw to win a kit bag for their clubs.
Congratulations to the above for their fantastic contributions towards the Women & Girls’ game.
We will be out and about across the county presenting the recognition awards to our Community Cricket Champions over the next few weeks, so please watch out on our social media channels.
The July category will be based around ECB National Programmes, with the winner being announced in early-mid August.
