Partnership Sales Manager
Essex Cricket is seeking a Partnerships Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and build a sustainable pipeline of commercial partners. This role is key in developing and managing relationships, ensuring partnerships align with the Club’s goals while delivering value to sponsors.

Performance Physiotherapist
Essex Cricket is recruiting for a skilled Performance Physiotherapist to support player performance and development across our pathway. This role leads physiotherapy for the Second Team and Academy, while also supporting cricketers in the Emerging Player Programme, U18, and U15 County Age Groups.
Working closely with coaches and medical staff, the role focuses on injury management, rehabilitation, and performance support. The successful candidate will also contribute to medical governance, research, and collaboration with the ECB, ensuring the highest standards of player care.
