Front of House Supervisor

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Front of House Supervisor to play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across matchday and non-matchday events. This position involves supervising catering operations, including bar and waiting service staff, while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and food & beverage service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to leading teams. You will be responsible for maintaining company safety and hygiene standards, setting up event spaces, assisting with staff training, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Assistant Catering Manager

Essex Cricket are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Catering Manager to support the in-house catering management team in delivering exceptional service across all matchday and non-matchday events. This role is vital in maintaining high housekeeping standards, overseeing service requirements, and ensuring staff are well-trained to meet the demands of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily operations of the catering department, assisting with bar and staff service management while ensuring the department is fully equipped to meet business needs. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, health and safety compliance, and operational efficiency, this role also involves taking responsibility for managing the site in the absence of the Catering & Events Manager.

Lead Grounds Person – Billericay

Essex County Cricket Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Grounds Person to oversee the maintenance of playing facilities at our satellite ground in Billericay, home to our development centre. In this key role, you will lead a team of two in ensuring the cricket squares, outfield, and turf nets meet the highest standards for play.

Working primarily at Billericay Cricket Club, with occasional support at our Chelmsford headquarters, you will be responsible for the preparation and upkeep of the ground, as well as the maintenance of machinery and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cricket in Essex by delivering exceptional playing surfaces that support both player development and competitive success.
