The news was announced last week that Essex Head Coach Chris Silverwood will leave his role to take up the position of Fast Bowling Coach with the England national team.
Chris was a hugely popular figure with both supporters and staff alike, and delivered unparalleled success, achieving two trophies in his two full years as Head Coach.
