Essex Cricket is offering summer soft-ball camps for children aged eight to 11 at two locations across the region during the upcoming school summer holidays.
Fully-qualified and DBS-checked cricket coaches will deliver a total of five days’ worth of camps using the excellent facilities at both the Leyton Cricket Hub in East London and the Stanway School in Colchester.
Each day, a fun-packed schedule will consist of games and activities to sharpen cricket skills, with a Player of the Day award given out at the end of each day to recognise effort, teamwork, and attitude.
No previous cricket experience is required with all equipment provided at the venue on the day, and children should come dressed in active clothing or sports kit, but no cricket spikes.
In fact, the only things children will need to bring are a packed lunch, a snack, and a non-fizzy drink in a refillable bottle.
If you are interested in signing your child up for one or multiple days of either camp, act fast as there are only 24 spaces available per day at each venue!
