Essex Cricket is delighted to confirm the squads for both the Men’s and Women’s Academies ahead of the 2025 season.
The Women’s Academy cohort will be the first-ever intake beneath a fully-professional Essex squad, and will feature three local players who have previously represented the Eagles.
Meanwhile, the Men’s Academy has operated since 2003, and has a proud record of developing elite talent, having produced England internationals Alastair Cook, Tom Westley, and Dan Lawrence, among many others.
This year’s Men’s Academy cohort numbers 11 players, while the Women’s intake is a 15-strong group.
